Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto

Create the perfect pesto using the Sage Boss Blender. This recipe can be used to give a burst of flavour to a number of dishes, and why not try adding to pasta for a fiery, flavoursome kick.


Parmesan 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Red chilli 1
Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
Basil 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Pine nuts 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Sun dried tomatoes 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)



In the blender, combine, sun dried tomato, pine nuts, garlic, red chilli, parmesan cheese, basil and process in chop setting.



Serve and enjoy!
