A great recipe for Grill and Smoker.

Ingredients

Eggs 3
Finely chopped dill 1 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste
Jalapeno 1 , cored, finely chopped
Provolone cheese 1 , cut into 6 cubes
Bacon slices 6
Prawns 6 Small
Seafood seasoning 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

GETTING READY:

Preheat the grill to 140°F at indirect heat setting.

 

MAKING:

After 12-16 hours, shred the pulled pork and mix with sauce. Store in a food safer.

In a bowl, whisk together eggs with dill, green chiles, salt and pepper.

Line muffin tray with bacon slices as shown in the video.

Fill with egg mixture, provolone cheese pieces, prawns, seafood seasoning and place on the grill.

Grill for 35 minutes at 140°F until bacon turns brown.

 

SERVING:                                                         

Serve with beer and enjoy!
