GETTING READY:
Rub the pulled pork with mustard and rub. Wrap using plastic wrap and refrigerate for 12-16 hours.
Preheat the kamado grill to 200°F at indirect heat setting.
MAKING:
After 12-16 hours, shred the pulled pork and mix with sauce. Store in a food safer.
In a bowl, whisk together eggs with grated cheese.
Line muffin tray with bacon slices as shown in the video.
Fill with egg mixture, pulled pork pieces, cherry tomato and place on the grill.
Grill for 30-40 minutes at 200°F until bacon turns brown.
SERVING:
