Mint tea bags | 2 | |
Mango | 1 Large , diced | |
Raspberries | 12 | |
Prosecco | 750 Milliliter |
MAKING
1. In a pan, combine sugar and water. Allow to simmer until the sugar has completely dissolved.
2. Remove the pan from heat and add two mint tea bags in it. Allow to steep for about 5 minutes. Remove the tea bags and chill the simple syrup.
3. Dice the mango as shown in the video and add to the blender. Blend to puree.
FINALIZING
4. In the bottom of each glass, add 2-3 fresh raspberries. Add the mint simple syrup, mango puree and top with Prosecco.
SERVING
5. Stir and serve.
