Creamy Garlic Pasta

Lynn demonstrates a quick and easy Creamy Garlic Pasta. This is great with a green salad and garlic bread for a quick dinner.


Olive oil 2 Teaspoon
Minced garlic clove 4
Butter 2 Tablespoon
Salt 1/4 Teaspoon
Pepper 1/2 Teaspoon
Chicken broth 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Spaghetti 1/2 Pound
Grated parmesan cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs) , divided
Heavy cream 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Dried parsley 1 1/2 Tablespoon , divided



In a medium pan, pour olive oil and sauté garlic for 1-2 minutes.

Add butter and melt it by stirring constantly. Sprinkle salt and pepper.

Pour chicken broth and bring it to a boil. Put the pasta into the pan and cook according to package directions.

Mix cream, cheese and parsley until the pasta is cooked to desired tenderness.


Garnish with cheese and parsley and serve with green salad and garlic bread.
