Broccoli Soup - Vegano Italiano Festival Tasting and Webcast Segment 3

Broccoli 1
Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Salt and pepper To Taste



1. Season and bring water to rolling boil.

2. Drop in the broccoli and let it cook for about 3 minutes.

3. Take the broccoli out and put it in the blender.

4. Add 2 cups of water in which the broccoli was boiled and pour it over.

5. Blend until everything is silky smooth.

6. Taste and adjust for seasoning.


7. Garnish with nuts and nut cheese and serve.


Puree the broccoli while it is still piping hot to get a creamy consistency.
