For taco meat
Walnut 1 Cup (16 tbs) , soaked
Sun dried tomatoes 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
Smoked paprika 1 Teaspoon
Cumin 1 Teaspoon
Cilantro 20 Gram
Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
Onion 1/2
Lime juice 2 Tablespoon
Pink salt To Taste
Flat bread 4
For salsa
Tomatillo 1
Cilantro 20 Gram
Tomatoes 1
Jalapeno 1
Sea salt 1 Pinch
Cumin 1 Teaspoon
Cayenne 1 Teaspoon
Lime juice 2 Tablespoon
Chili powder 1 Teaspoon



1. Take walnuts, sun dried tomatoes, chili powder, paprika, cumin, cilantro and lemon juice in a blender.

2. Blend well. Use water if desired to get a smooth paste. Empty this taco meat and set aside.

3. Pulse tomatillos, tomatoes, cumin, jalapeno, chili powder, sea salt, cilantro and lime juice in a food processor until well blended.

4. Taste and adjust for seasoning in the salsa.


5. Layer flat breads with taco meat.

6. Top them with fresh salsa.


7. Serve as it is and enjoy.
