Put a pan on medium heat, sauté smashed garlic. Add the onion and sauté.
Slice the mushrooms and put them in the pan, let the water of the mushroom dry up.
Add bay leaf, Himalayan sea salt, black pepper, oregano.
Add the thin veal cutlets on top of the sautéed mixture. Season the meat on top with sea salt, black pepper, and oregano.
After 3 minutes , flip the cutlets.
Deglaze the pan with marsala wine. Cover and cook for 3-5 minutes
Add clarified butter and mix it well.
Serve it hot!
