Shrimp Scampi - Easy Weeknight Meals

Shrimp Scampi is super quick and easy to make for a weeknight dinner the whole family will love.


Butter 1 Tablespoon
Shrimp 1 Pound , peeled and deveined
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Minced garlic 2 Tablespoon
Fresh lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
Minced fresh parsley 2 Tablespoon



In a pan, heat the butter and garlic over medium heat.

Add the shrimp and season with salt and sauté for 2 minutes.

Season with the lemon juice and parsley, and toss to coat well.



Serve with your choice of pasta.
