Bell peppers 1 Pound
Olive oil 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Cracked black pepper To Taste
Crushed garlic 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon

1. Preheat the oven to 400 F.

2. Wash and place the peppers on the baking tray and put them in the oven for about 30 minutes. Turn them every 10 minutes to roast them properly.

3. Put the peppers in a bowl and cover the bowl immediately with a cling film. Let them rest until the skin is all easy to pull off.

4. Meanwhile, mix together olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic and set the dressing aside.

5. Lay the pepper on a worksurface. Slice and remove the seeds and then flip and remove the skin. Slice the peppers and then add them to the bowl of olive oil dressing.

6. Mix everything well and let the peppers sit in the olive oil dressing for a day or two in the refrigerator.

7. Serve alongside any main dish and enjoy.
