The City Kitch Kids Camp for Teens and Tweens featuring Angel Brown making tiramisu.


Egg yolks 4
Milk 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Sugar 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Mascarpone cheese 8 Ounce
Heavy cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
Lady finger cookies 3 Ounce
Espresso 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)



In a pan, add in the egg yolks, milk and sugar. Place on stove and whisk continuously until sugar is dissolved.

Take of the pan from the stove and place over a tray filled with ice and stir until cool.

Add in the mascarpone cheese and mix well. Place in a pastry bag and set aside.

In another pan, add in the heavy cream and vanilla. Whisk until stiff peak is formed. Place in another pastry bag and set aside.

Slice the lady fingers according to the size of your container. Brush the espresso over some of the lady fingers and place into the container.

Top the lady fingers with some mascarpone cheese mixture followed by the whipped cream. Repeat the second layer and spread the whipped cream with spatula. Make some design with cocoa powder as shown in the video.


Slice the Tiramisu and serve for dessert.
