MAKING
1. In a non-stick pan, heat olive oil, garlic, spring onion and sauté over medium flame for 1 minute.
2. Add spinach and sliced mushroom. Stir and cook for 1 minute.
3. Add cream, milk, cheese and salt. Stir occasionally and cook for 2 minutes.
4. Stir in chili flakes and cook for another 2 minutes. Add spaghetti, give it a good stir and cook for 1 minute.
