Spaghetti with Spinach and Mushrooms

Spaghetti with Spinach and Mushrooms is a satiating meal that satisfies not just your stomach but your culinary senses too, with its creamy texture and crunchy interludes. Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
Finely chopped garlic 1 Tablespoon
Chopped spring onion 3/4 Cup (12 tbs) (whites and greens)
Blanched and chopped spinach 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Blanched and sliced mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Fresh cream 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Milk 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Grated processed cheese 4 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
Dry red chili flakes 1 Teaspoon
Cooked spaghetti 2 1/2 Cup (40 tbs)



1. In a non-stick pan, heat olive oil, garlic, spring onion and sauté over medium flame for 1 minute.

2. Add spinach and sliced mushroom. Stir and cook for 1 minute.

3. Add cream, milk, cheese and salt. Stir occasionally and cook for 2 minutes.

4. Stir in chili flakes and cook for another 2 minutes. Add spaghetti, give it a good stir and cook for 1 minute.



5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
