Betty's Fresh Peach Bellini

Betty demonstrates how to make a Fresh Peach Bellini. This is a cool summer drink containing peaches, lemon juice, sweetener, and Prosecco.


Ripe peach 2 , pitted and coarsely chopped (with skin on)
Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Sugar/Stevia 1 Tablespoon (or use honey)
Prosecco 1 Bottle (1 l) , chilled (sparkling wine)



1. In blender, place peach pieces, lemon juice, and sweetener. Blend until smooth.

2. Through a sieve, pass the blended mixture and discard pieces of peach skin.

3. Into each champagne flute, place 2 tablespoons of peach puree and fill with chilled Prosecco sparkling wine.



4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
