Try this Italian salad at home which is super easy to put together.

Lemon juice | 2 Teaspoon | |
Red wine vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
Olive oil | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
Balsamic vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
Other ingredients | ||
Canellini beans | 3 Tablespoon | |
Lettuce leaves | 3 | |
Cherry tomatoes | 3 , halved | |
Sliced onion | 1 Tablespoon | |
Pickled olive | 3 , halved | |
Shaved cheese | 15 Gram | |
Toasted pine nuts | 1 Tablespoon | |
Croutons | 6 | |
Pickled chilies | 1 |
MAKING
1. In a blender, blend together all ingredients (except olive oil) of the dressing. Add olive oil, blend again.
2. In a large dessert cup spread a layer of canelli beans, cover with lettuce, arrange cherry tomatoes and onion.
3. Add pickled olives, drizzle about 2 tablespoon of the dressing, arrange cheese.
4. Top with pine nuts croutons and pickled chili.
SERVING
5. Serve chilled or as it it.
