Healthy Seven Layer Italian Salad

Try this Italian salad at home which is super easy to put together.


For dressing
Garlic cloves 2
Minced sun dried tomatoes 2 Tablespoon
Capers and juice 2 Tablespoon
Herb paste 2 Teaspoon
Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
Red wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
Olive oil 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Balsamic vinegar 2 Tablespoon
Other ingredients
Canellini beans 3 Tablespoon
Lettuce leaves 3
Cherry tomatoes 3 , halved
Sliced onion 1 Tablespoon
Pickled olive 3 , halved
Shaved cheese 15 Gram
Toasted pine nuts 1 Tablespoon
Croutons 6
Pickled chilies 1



1. In a blender, blend together all ingredients (except olive oil) of the dressing. Add olive oil, blend again.

2. In a large dessert cup spread a layer of canelli beans, cover with lettuce, arrange cherry tomatoes and onion.

3. Add pickled olives, drizzle about 2 tablespoon of the dressing, arrange cheese.

4. Top with pine nuts croutons and pickled chili.



5. Serve chilled or as it it.
