Mushroom Bruschetta - English Grill and BBQ

An easy to prepare, yet delicious recipe.


Olive oil 1 1/2 Tablespoon
Onion 1 Sliced
Mushroom 1 Pound
White wine vinegar 110 Milliliter
Dried herbs 1 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
Sour cream 2 Tablespoon
Bruschetta 8
Grated cheese 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)



1. Prepare the webber for cooking.



2. Place a cast iron skillet on the grill. Heat some oil in the skillet. Saute sliced onions until it turns slightly brown. Throw in the mushrooms and white wine vinegar. Cook it for a while and then season with dried herbs and white salt.

3. Continue to cook for about 20 minutes, then add sour cream. Mix to blend everything in. Set the mushrooms aside.

4. Brush olive oil on the brushetta slices. Toast them for a few second on the grill.

5. Drop in a spoonfull of mushrooms over the bruschetta slices. Garnish with grated cheese liberally.

6. Place the bruschetta back on the grill to melt the cheese (approxilately 5-6 minutes).



7. Serve it with steak or just by itself. Enjoy!
