Jucy Lucy Mafia Style Burger - English Grill and BBQ

Delicious, juicy burger. Excellent for the grill.

Ingredients

Sesame seed buns 5 , toasted
Arugula greens 4 Ounce
For jucy lucy
Rub 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (Mafia Coffee)
Ground beef 1 Kilogram
Shredded parmesan cheese 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Shredded colby cheese 1/8 Cup (2 tbs)
Shredded parmesan cheese 1/8 Cup (2 tbs)
Serrano ham slice 4
For sauce
Chopped olives 150 Gram
Chopped scallions 150 Gram
Dried tomatoes 150 Gram , chopped
Barbecue sauce 6 Tablespoon (Italian Variety)
Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
Cognac 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Lemon juice 1 1/2 Tablespoon (Optional)
Salt To Taste
White pepper To Taste

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Mix ground beef with mafia coffee rub and make patties shell using juicy lucy burger maker.

2. Stuff some parmesan, gouda and mozzarella cheese in the patty. Put some more meat on top and seal the patty.

3. Prepare the grill for cooking.

 

MAKING

4. Grill the patties on both sides over the grill. Place it on indirect heat and let it rest until it reaches a desired internal temperature.

5.  Arrange ham on the grill, let it cook under dome lid. Break into small pieces when done.

6. In a bowl take olives, dried tomatoes, scallions, barbecue sauce, mayonnaise and cognac, mix it all together. Season with lemon juice, salt and white pepper. Blend it well to form the sauce.

 

FINALISING

7. Spread some sauce over the buns, layer with arugula, juicy lucy burger patty, grilled serrano ham, drop in some more sauce over the top and layer with the other burger half.

 

SERVING

8. Cut the burger in half and serve.
