Homemade Italian Sausage

You can learn how to make Italian sausage. It is easy to do. You need pork, seasonings, and a either a grinder or a food processor to grind the meat and seasonings together.

Ingredients

Pork 4 Pound , cut into 1
Dry red wine 4 Tablespon (Optional)
Salt 1 Teapoon
Cayenne pepper 1 Teaspoon
Fennel seed 1/2 Teaspoon
Paprika 1 Tablespoon
Crushed red pepper 1 Teaspoon
Chopped garlic 2 Tablespoon
Fresh chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
Freshly cracked black pepper 2 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING

1. In A bowl, place pork, add dry red wine, salt, cayenne pepper, fennel seed, paprika, crushed red pepper, garlic,  parsley, and black pepper, stir to mix.

2.  Cover and allow to marinate for few hours, if sesired.

3. Pass through a meat grinder. Use within 48 hours or freeze to use it later.

SERVING

4. Use in your favorite italian recipes.
