Start your meal with appetizing and tasty starter, which is mouth watering Chilli Potatoes.
3 medium potatoes | ||
2 tbsp cornflour | ||
1/4 tsp red chilli powder | ||
Salt to taste | ||
3 tbsp oil | ||
1 tbsp crushed garlic | ||
1 onion cut into rings | ||
1/2 cup capsicum | ||
2 | 3 green chillies slit | |
1/2 tbsp soya sauce | ||
1.5 tsp chilli sauce | ||
1/2 tsp red chilli powder | ||
1/2 malt vinegar | ||
Salt to taste | ||
Garnish with spring greens. |
- Cut the potatoes and add some salt and corn flour to it.
- Add the potatoes into heated oil and fry them until they turn golden brown
- In a wok add some oil, garlic slices, green chilies, ginger, onion rings and capsicum.
- Add chilli powder, dark soy sauce, sugar, malt vinegar, salt and chilli sauce.
- Add the fried potatoes to the sauce and toss it. Add some spring leaves.
- Chilli Potatoes are ready to be served. .
