Pork Belly Beer BBQ Baked Beans Recipe. This isn't like those other overly sweet BBQ Beans recipes, this is a much tangier savoury BBQ Pork and Beans Recipe.
Navy beans | 1200 Milliliter | |
Smoked pork belly | To Taste | |
Garlic | 2 Clove (10 gm) | |
Sweet onion | 1 Medium | |
Bell pepper | 1/2 | |
Tomato passata | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
Fancy molasses | 2 Tablespoon | |
Bbq sauce | 60 Milliliter | |
Vinegar pepper bbq sauce | 60 Milliliter | |
Mustard bbq sauce | 60 Milliliter | |
Worcestershire sauce | 30 Milliliter | |
Beer | To Taste |
MAKING:
1. Mix all ingredients in a BBQ proof container.
2. Place over indirect heat, uncovered, and allow to 'bake' alongside whatever you are BBQ'ing.
3. Stir often and replenish the liquids as needed.
4. Remove from grill when the beans are the desired level of smokey goodness.
