Mutton Sukka is a lip-smacking mutton recipe where the mutton pieces are coated with an aromatic blend of masalas and spices. Mutton Sukka is made with fresh meat, Onion Coconut paste, and masalas. Serve this with fulka or any bread of your choice


To make onion coconut paste:
Onions 3
Oil 1 Tablespoon
Fresh coconut 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Dry coconut 1 Cup (16 tbs)
To make spice mix:
Poppy seeds 1 Tablespoon (Soaked Overnight)
Sesame seeds 1 Tablespoon (Soaked Overnight)
Thap cumin seeds 1 1/2 Teaspoon (Soaked Overnight)
Coriander seed 1 Tablespoon (Soaked Overnight)
Fennel seeds 1 Teaspoon (Soaked Overnight)
Cloves 4 (Soaked Overnight)
Green cardamom seeds 3 (Soaked Overnight)
Black cardamom seeds 1 (Soaked Overnight)
Cinnamon 1 Inch (Soaked Overnight)
Black peppercorns 1 Teaspoon (Soaked Overnight)
To make gravy:
Ghee 3 Tablespoon
Cinnamon stick 1 Inch
Green cardamoms 3
Cloves 5
Peppercorns 10
Onion 1
Ginger paste 1 Teaspoon
Garlic paste 1 Teaspoon
Tomatoes 2
Mutton 750 Gram
Red chilli powder 2 Teaspoon
Turmeric powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Spice mix 2 Teaspoon
Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Salt To Taste
