|Onions||3 , quartered|
|Garlic||4 Clove (20 gm)|
|Fennel bulb||1 , quartered|
|Apples||3 , quartered|
|Oil||30 Milliliter (2 tbsp)|
|Maple syrup||60 Milliliter (1/4 cup)|
|Dijon mustard||30 Milliliter (2 tbsp)|
|Beer/Wine||To Taste (optional)|
1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC (400ºF)
2. Toss the sausage, onions, garlic, and fennel iron a cast iron pan - or other oven safe / stovetop pan.
3. Mix together the oil, maple syrup, and mustard, then drizzle over the contents of the pan.
4. Cook in the oven for about an hour, or until the sausage is cooked through.
5. Serve and enjoy!
