Capsicum Rice - Bell Pepper Rice is a simple and tasty tawa capsicum pulao recipe. Capsicum Pulao includes Onion and can be made by adding other vegetables also. This tawa pulao is quick and easy to make at home, especially when there is no other cooking option.

Split chickpeas 1 Tablespoon
Urad dal 3/4 Teaspoon
Coriander seeds 1 Tablespoon

Ghee 1 Tablespoon
Urad dal 1/2 Teaspoon
Mustard seeds 1/2 Teaspoon
Sprig curry leaves 1 Tablespoon
Asafoetida 1/4 Teaspoon
Turmeric 1/4 Teaspoon
Spice mix 2 Tablespoon
Coconut 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , grated
Capsicum 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Onion 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Tamarind water 1 Tablespoon
