Yogurt | 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs) | |
Kashmiri chili powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
Dried fenugreek | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Turmeric | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Ground pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Coriander powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Cumin | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Garam masala | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Chaat masala | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Black salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
Ginger garlic paste | 2 Teaspoon | |
Mustard oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
Red food coloring | 1/8 Teaspoon |
MAKING:
