I love love love me some Mexican food. If you follow my blog and my Youtube channel you will know that I don't hesitate to put some Ole into my meals. This recipe is truly simple - Chicken and a few ingredients before it hits the hot grill.
|Lime peel||1 Teaspoon|
|Boneless chicken thigh meat||1 Kilogram (about 2 lbs)|
|Lime||1 , juiced|
|Cumin powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Mexican chili powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Finely chopped jalapeno||1 Teaspoon|
|Cilantro||1/4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sour cream||1 Tablespoon|
1. Marinate the Chicken with all the ingredients for 1 hr to overnight.
2. Cook on the BBQ, in a frying pan or in the oven.
3. Serve and enjoy!
