I love love love me some Mexican food. If you follow my blog and my Youtube channel you will know that I don't hesitate to put some Ole into my meals. This recipe is truly simple - Chicken and a few ingredients before it hits the hot grill.
Lime peel | 1 Teaspoon | |
Boneless chicken thigh meat | 1 Kilogram (about 2 lbs) | |
Lime | 1 , juiced | |
Salt | To Taste | |
Pepper | To Taste | |
Cumin powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
Mexican chili powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
Finely chopped jalapeno | 1 Teaspoon | |
Cilantro | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
Sour cream | 1 Tablespoon |
GETTING READY:
1. Marinate the Chicken with all the ingredients for 1 hr to overnight.
MAKING:
2. Cook on the BBQ, in a frying pan or in the oven.
