Summer Paneer BBQ Grill - Vegetarian Recipes

Here are 3 amazing Paneer grill recipes. LOVE Paneer, it's great for both Vegetarians and Non Vegetarians alike and is always on my menu. I also love that it's packed with protein and a great way to cheatyourmeat In this new video, I've created 3 great new recipes for a casual BBQ - Paneer Portabellos, Paneer Buffalo Sticks and Paneer Mexi Patties. All of these are grill perfect and can be prepped and cooked in no time.

Ingredients

For the pindi chole and tadka:
Paneer 175 Gram
Portabella mushrooms 4 Large
Sliced spring onions 2 Teaspoon
Dijon mustard 2 Teaspoon
Sliced red chili 1 Teaspoon
Smoked paprika 1 Teaspoon
Freshly cracked pepper To Taste
Finely chopped parsley 1 Teaspoon
Sea salt 1/4 Teaspoon
For dressing:
Dijon mustard 2 Tablespoon
Olive oil 4 Tablespoon
Freshly cracked pepper To Taste
Salt To Taste
Finely chopped parsley 1 Teaspoon
Crumbled paneer 1/2 Teaspoon
For seasoned clarified butter:
Paneer 350 Gram
Buffalo wing sauce 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Salt To Taste
Oil spray 4 Dash
For the crunchy veggie topping:
Grated paneer 175 Gram
Roasted corn kernels 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Yellow pepper 1/2 , chop
Green pepper 1/2 , chop
Pickled jalapeno 2 , dice (about 1 tsp)
Finely chopped coriander 1 Teaspoon
Taco seasoning 1 Teaspoon

Directions

FOR PANEER PORTABELLOS:

MAKING:

1.Mix all the dressing ingredients and store in the fridge.

2.Crumble the Paneer and mix together with all the ingredients except the mushrooms.

3.Divide and stuff into the mushroom caps.

4.Grill on BBQ on high for about 15 mins

SERVING;

5.Serve and enjoy!

FOR BUFFALO PANEER:

MAKING:

1.Cut the Paneer into thick sticks.

2.Pour the sauce over the Paneer and add some Salt.

3.Cover the Paneer in the Sauce.

4.Heat the grill or frying pan and spray with Oil to prevent sticking.

5.Add the Paneer and cook till seared on one side, before flipping over.

SERVING:

6.Cook this on a hot grill on 2 sides and serve with a dipping sauce.

FOR MEXI PANEER PATTIES:

MAKING:

1.Grate the Paneer.

2.Add all the other ingredients and mix well.

3.Divide to form rough balls.

4.Oil your hands and flatten each ball into a patty.

5.Add a grill sheet to your BBQ and cook the patties on both sides

SERVING:

6.Serve and enjoy!
