Crumbled feta cheese 200 Gram
Plain flour 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Lemon rind 1 Teaspoon

Creme fraiche 250 Gram (optional)
Smoked salmon 300 Gram , slice (optional)
Asparagus 100 Gram , trimmed (shaved)
