Coconut rice is a simple, flavorful dish that goes great with curries, stir-fries or chicken. In fact, pretty much any protein or vegetable can be paired with this coconut-flavored rice. If you want to know how to make it, just watch the video and follow these steps.
|Coconut oil||2 Tablespoon (use as required)|
|Mustard seed||1/2 Tablespoon|
|Onion||1 , slice|
|Washed rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Coconut milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1. Take a thick bottomed pan, add some coconut oil, 1/2 tbsp of mustard seeds, 2-3 bay leafs, 1Star anise, 3 pieces of cardamom, 4-5 pieces of clove let it roast for some time.
2. Add 5-10 Curry Leafs, 3-4 Green Chillies, 1 sliced onion, salt to taste ,add 1 Cup Washed Rice and mix it well on a low flame, add 1 Cup Coconut Milk and mix.
3. Add 1 Cup of Water and cover it up and leave it for 5 mins.
4. Yummy and Delicious Coconut Milk Rice is Ready to be served.
