Rebecca Brand shows how to make a healthy snack when packing a back to school lunch, or a hiking snack, daily snack. It's hard to think of what to make that's simple and delicious so I hope this snack idea might be useful. Graham crackers are a healthy crunchy high fiber cracker, the yogurt offers a heaping of protein and calcium and the granola on top a grain protein so that the amino acids in this snack meet the 21 amino acid requirement for a full protein chain for your body to utilize! The sweet maple syrup is a fun sweet addition, but you could use honey.
