|Boneless skinless chicken breast||1 1/2 Pound|
|Flour||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cornmeal||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Doritos||1 Cup (16 tbs) (finely crushed or another similar junk food item)|
|Oil||2 Cup (32 tbs) (for deep frying, about a 1/2 inch deep in your skillet)|
|Melted butter||1/4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1.In a bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, crushed chips and mix well.
2.Heat oil to 350F.
3.Dredge chicken in flour mixture, beaten egg and flour mixture again. Set aside for 2 minutes.
4.Fry the chicken pieces in batches for 8 minutes (3-4 minutes per side) until golden and crispy.
5.Drain excess oil for a while.
6.In a large bowl, combine melted butter, hot sauce and mix well. Toss the chicken pieces in sauce until well coated.
7.Serve with blue cheese dressing and enjoy!
