Bacon Wrapped, Peach Glazed - Pork Loin On The Rotisserie With The Meater

This is a great recipe for pork loin that would be a nice change for any holiday dinner.


Bacon strips 23 Ounce (((18 strips)))
Pork loin 3 Pound
Cloves 6 Gram (((16 cloves)))
For the glaze:
Peach preserves 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
Apple cider vinegar 1 Tablespoon
Old style mustard 1 Tablespoon
English mustard 1 Tablespoon
Grape seed oil 1 Tablespoon
Crushed red pepper 1 Teaspoon
Black pepper 1 Teaspoon
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
All spice 1/2 Teaspoon
