For all the paneer lovers, this is the veg version of chicken 65! So wait no more and grab these for a fun snack time!!
|Garlic||4 Clove (20 gm)|
|All purpose flour||1 Tablespoon|
|Rice flour||1 Tablespoon|
|Corn flour||1 Tablespoon|
|Kashmiri red chili powder||1 Tablespoon|
|Garam masala||1 Tablespoon|
|Pepper powder||1/4 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Paneer||200 Gram (Cubes)|
|Refined oil||3 Cup (48 tbs) (For deep frying)|
|Chaat masala||1 Tablespoon|
|Curry leaves sprig||2 , deep fry|
1.In a blender, blend green chillies, garlic and curry leaves to a slightly coarse
2.Remove this in a bowl and add Kashmiri red chilli, rice flour, all-purpose flour,
salt,garam masala, lemon juice and curd. Mix all the ingredients till a smooth
3.Add little water if required to slightly dilute the paste. Sprinkle some cornflour
on the paneer pieces and keep aside.
4.Gently add the paneer pieces into the masala mix paste and mix well so that
all the pieces are coated well with the masala.
5.Heat some oil in a pan and when it gets hot, add in the paneer pieces in
batches and deep fry until they become crisp and golden in colour.
6.Serve hot with a garnish of chaat masala and crushed fried curry leaves.
