Jamaican Jerk Spare Ribs Recipe On The Pit Barrel Jr.!

This is a really cool way to break out of the box and do something a little different when it comes to BBQ ribs! Hope you give it a try!


For the jerk base:
Allspice 2 Teaspoon
Packed brown sugar 2/3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
Minced ginger 1 Teaspoon
Garlic 8 Clove (40 gm)
Habanero pepper 2
Dried thyme 1 Tablespoon
Green onion 1 Bunch (100 gm)
Cinnamom 1 Teaspoon
Nutmeg 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Pepper 1 Teaspoon
Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
For the jerk sauce
Paste 2 Tablespoon (((jerk paste)))
Beer 6 Ounce (((Red Strip beer or any larger)))
Pineapple juice 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Ketchup 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
