Streetstyle Piri Piri 3 Ways

Let the flavours of piri piri sprinkler create their own story in 3 different ways


For aloo chilli chaat
Boiled potatoes 2 , cubed
Green capsicum 2
Pomegranate 1
Green chillies finely chopped 2
Chaat masala 1 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Sweet chutney 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Sev puri 6
Piri piri powder 1 Tablespoon (as required)
For challi style corn
Corn kernels 400 Gram , boil
Mixed capsicums 2 Tablespoon (red, green, yellow)
Butter 2 Tablespoon
Coriander leaves 1 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
Juice of lemon 1
Piri piri 1 Teaspoon (as required)
For piri piri paper dosa
Readymade dosa batter 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Salt To Taste
Refined oil 1 Tablespoon
Onion rings 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Tomato chopped 1
Coriander chopped 1
Piri piri powder To Taste (as required)



Aloo Chilli Chaat-

1.In a bowl mix the potatoes, capsicums, pomegranate and green chillies.

2.Add in chaat masala, salt, sweet chutney and mix well.

3.Next add crushed puris and piri piri powder.

4.Toss everything well and serve.

Challi Style Corn-

5.In a bowl add boiled corn, capsicum, butter, coriander leaves and mix well.

6.Add salt, lemon juice and piri piri powder.

7.Toss everything well and serve.

Piri Piri Paper Dosa-

8.In a bowl add the dosa batter with salt, piri piri powder and water, mix well.

9.Heat a pan with a little refined oil and pour the dosa batter on it.

10.Sprinkle Piri Piri powder on the dosa.

11.Cook the dosa before adding onion rings, tomatoes and coriander.

12.Roll it up once cooked.


13.Serve hot with chutney and sambar.
