Homestyle Piri Piri 3 Ways

Let the flavours of piri piri sprinkler create their own story in 3 different ways.

Ingredients

For tadka fries
Potatoes 400 Gram , wedged
Oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Garlic 1 Tablespoon
Green chilli 1/2 Tablespoon
Piri piri To Taste
Salt To Taste
Coriander leaves 2 Tablespoon
For cheese garlic toast
Bread jumbo slices 6
Cheese slices 3
Mozzarella cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Green chillies 2 , finely chopped
Piri piri To Taste
For tomato pulav
Oil 2 Tablespoon
Ginger paste 1 Tablespoon
Garlic paste 1 Tablespoon
Chili paste 1 Tablespoon
Garam masala 1 Teaspoon
Tomatoes 2 , chopped finely
Potato 1 , boil (boiled and cubes)
Cooked rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Piri piri To Taste

Directions

MAKING:

Tadka Fries:

1.Cut the potato in wedges.

2.Heat oil in a pan and fry the potato wedges.

3.Once fried, placed them on a paper towel aside.

4.In a pan add little oil, then add garlic and green chilli.

5.Saute this well, before adding potato wedges.

6.Add the piri piri powder and salt, mix well.

SERVING:

7. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.

Cheese Chilli Toast:

8.Take one side of the bread slice and top cheese slice, mozzarella, green chillies and piri piri powder.

9.Place the other slice of bread, and place it on the pan with little oil and butter.

10.Cook the bread till its golden and crusty.

SERVING:

11.Serve hot with sauce.

Tomato Pulav:

12.Heat oil in a pan and saute ginger garlic chilli paste.

13.Next add garam masala and chopped tomatoes.

14.Saute this well then add potatoes and mix well.

15.Add the cooked rice and mix well.

16.Sprinkle the piri piri powder and mix well.

SERVING:

17. Serve hot
