Veggie Pops - How To Make Crispy Vegetable Pops - Easy To Make Appetizers

Simply pop your blues by turning the boring vegetables cauliflower, sweet potato baby corn into crunchy chatpata veggie pops.


Cauliflower 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) ((florets))
Sweet potato 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs) , cubed ((florets))
Baby corn 100 Gram , cut ((florets))
Garlic paste 1 Teaspoon
Tomato ketchup 1/2 Teaspoon
Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
Red chilli powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Pepper 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
For coating
Cornflakes 1 Cup (16 tbs) , crush ((crushed))
Milk 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Cornflour 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Pepper 1/2 Teaspoon
Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) ((frying))
For garnish
Spring onion 1/4 Teaspoon
Ketchup 1/4 Teaspoon



1.Wash and clean the veggies and marinate it with garlic paste, tomato sauce, soy sauce, chilli powder and salt.

2.Keep refrigerated for 15 minutes.

3.In a bowl add cornflour and keep aside.

4.Beat an egg in a bowl with pepper powder and salt and keep aside.

5.In another bowl add crushed cornflakes and keep aside.

6.Now take the marinated veggies and first dip each piece in cornflour, then in milk and finally roll in cornflakes.

7.Heat oil in a deep bottomed pan and fry it.

8.When it turns golden, remove it on a serving plate.


9. Serve hot with a garnish of spring onion and ketchup.
