Pomfrets 3
Kashmiri chillies 25
Fresh ginger 1 Inch
Garlic bulb 1 Medium
Cumin seeds 1/4 Teaspoon
Peppercorn 5
Cinnamon stick 1 Inch
Cloves 5
Mustard seeds 1/4 Teaspoon (((white)))
Turmeric powder 1/4 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Sugar 1 Teaspoon
White vinegar 500 Milliliter
Coconut feni 60 Milliliter
Refined oil 1 Tablespoon



1.In a bowl add all the spices with white vinegar and coconut feni.

2.Blend this mix to a smooth paste.

3.Apply salt on the fish and keep aside for 5 minutes.

4.Marinate the fish with this masala and keep aside for 30-40 minutes.

5.Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the fish until cooked and skin is crispy.


6. Serve hot with lemon.
