|Cold water||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Quick oats||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chia/hemp/flax mixture||1 Tablespoon|
|Ceylon cinnamon||1 Pinch|
1.To make the banana milk, blend the banana and water.
2. In a bowl, assemble the cereal by combining everything together.
3. Top with a sprinkle of ceylon cinnamon.
