This rack of Lamb is simple and packed with delicious flavor. It's painted with Dijon Mustard and then encrusted in a Herbed Parmesan Breadcrumb mixture.

Dijon mustard | 8 Teaspoon | |
Fresh breadcrumbs | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
Fresh parsley | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Grated parmesan | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Olive oil | 3 Tablespoon | |
Vegetable oil | 2 Tablespoon |
MAKING:
1.Prepare lamb as shown in the video.
2.Sprinkle salt and pepper over lamb pieces.
3.Heat oil in a pan and cook meat on both sides until fat is rendered.
4.Add to preheated oven and bake for 7-8 minutes.
5.In a blender, combine breadcrumb, parsley, cheese, sauce, olive oil and process until mixture looks crumbly.
6.Brush with Dijon mustard and roll the rack in the prepared breadcrumb mixture.
7.Cook for another 10-15 minutes.
