Maggi noodles 75 Gram
Chopped onion 1 Tablespoon
Chopped red bell pepper 1 Tablespoon
Chopped orange bell pepper 1 Tablespoon
Chopped yellow bell pepper 1 Tablespoon
Chopped green bell pepper 1 Tablespoon
Chopped jalapeno 1/2 Tablespoon
Chopped tomato 1 Tablespoon
Chopped carrot 1 Tablespoon
Green peas 2 Tablespoon
Salt 1 Pinch
Water 200 Milliliter
Oil 2 Teaspoon
Chaat masala To Taste
Red chili powder To Taste (Optional)



1. In a large microwave proof mug, add oil, onion, bell peppers, jalapenos and salt, stir and microwave for 30 seconds. Transfer The vegetables to a plate. Pour in water and microwave for 1 minute.

2. Add in the green peas, carrot, tomato along with the noodles and the taste maker, mix lightly and microwave for 2 minutes. Transfer to the plate with the cooked vegetables and mix together. Season with chaat masala and chili powder.



3. Serve with your choice of beverage.
