Chatpata Sprouts on Crispy Potatoes

For topping
Boiled mixed sprouts 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (moong, chana, moath beans)
Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
Chaat masala 1 Teaspoon
Cumin seed powder 1 Teaspoon
Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Other ingredients
Thick boiled potato slices 12
Oil 1 Teaspoon (For greasing and cooking)
Green chutney 6 Teaspoon
Sweet chutney 12 Teaspoon
Whisked yoghurt 6 Tablespoon (curd)
Chili powder 1/4 Teaspoon



For Topping:

1. In a bowl mix together sprouts, chili powder, chaat masala, cumin powder, lemon juice, and salt.


2. Heat a non-stick griddle, grease with oil, place the potatoes on it and cook over medium flame until both the sides are golden brown. Add little more oil while cooking potato slices.

3. On a serving plate, place the potato slices, place 1 tablespoon of the mixed sprouts mixture on top of each, followed by ½ teaspoon of green chutney, 1 teaspoon of sweet chutney and ½ tablespoon of yogurt.


4. Sprinkle a little chili powder on top and serve immediately.
