Grilled Lemon Fish

Light and delicate Indian flavor makes it perfect for a quick and easy weeknight meal.


White fish fillet 300 Gram
Black pepper powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Mustard powder 1/4 Teaspoon
Juice of lemon 1
Salt To Taste
Melted butter 2 Teaspoon
For garnishing
Chaat masala 1/2 Teaspoon
Onion 1 , cut into rings



1. In a bowl, place fish and marinate it with lemon juice, black pepper, mustard powder, and salt. Mix well and set aside for 25-30 minutes.


2. Heat a pan and coat it with butter.

3. Add fish, top it with more butter and cook over high flame for 2 minutes. Flip and cook on the other side for 1 ½ minute or until tender and white.


4. Serve hot garnished with onion rings, chaat masala, and mustard sauce (if desired).
