Samosa Stuffing Sandwich or Bread Samosa Pie

When it comes to preparing Samosa stuffing, most of you think about potato or meat stuffing but I love onion cauliflower peas (with paneer sometimes) filling. So here is my stuffing recipe

Ingredients

Bread slices 10 (as needed)
Butter 2 Tablespoon (as needed)
For stuffing
Oil 3 Tablespoon (2
Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoon
Turmeric powder 1/4 Teaspoon
Roughly chopped onion 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Ginger paste 1 Teaspoon
Garlic paste 1 Teaspoon
Green chili paste 1 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Cauliflower 1 Cup (16 tbs) , chopped
Green peas 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Garam masala/Curry powder To Taste
Dry mango powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Finely chopped coriander leaves 1 Teaspoon
Shredded paneer 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (Optional)

Directions

MAKING

For Stuffing:

1. In a pan, heat oil, add cumin seeds and turmeric powder. Stir well.

2. Add onion and cook for a couple of minutes. Stir in ginger, garlic, green chili paste, and salt. Cook well.

3. Add cauliflower and peas. Stir and cook until done, breaking down big chunks of vegetable.

4. Stir in garam masala, dry mango powder, coriander, and paneer.

FINALIZING

5. Spread butter on bread and place it butter side down on toaster. Put stuffing on top and place another bread slice buttered side up. Cover and cook until golden brown. Repeat to make more.

SERVING

6. Cut into half and serve with ketchup.
