The low-cal, nutritive fruit chaat is an all-time favorite, anytime snack. The tangy and sweet orange-mint dressing lends it a dash of exotica.


Sliced banana 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Papaya cubes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Pineapple cubes 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Cubed apples 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Black grapes 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Pomegranate seeds 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Fresh orange juice 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Chopped coriander 2 Tablespoon
Chopped mint leaves 2 Tablespoon
Chaat masala 1 Teaspoon
Black salt 1/4 Teaspoon
Powdered sugar 1 Teaspoon (Optional)
Salt To Taste



1. In a bowl, combine banana, papaya, pineapple, apple, black grapes, pomegranate, orange juice, coriander, mint leaves, chaat masala, black salt, powdered sugar, and salt. Toss well.

2. Pop the bowl in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.


3. Serve chilled and enjoy!
