For rajma and spinach stuffing
Oil 2 Teaspoon
Cumin seeds 1/2 Teaspoon
Asafoetida 1 Pinch
Finely chopped onion 1 1/4 Cup (20 tbs)
Grated garlic 1 Teaspoon
Ginger green chili paste 1 Teaspoon
Turmeric powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Coriander cumin powder 1 Teaspoon
Chili powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Chopped tomato 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Tomato ketchup 1 1/2 Teaspoon
Water 2 Tablespoon
Soaked and boiled rajma 1 Cup (16 tbs) ((kidney beans))
Salt To Taste
Chopped spinach 4 Cup (64 tbs)
Finely chopped coriander 2 Tablespoon
Other ingredients
Fresh curd 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , mixed with chutney
Green chutney 2 Tablespoon
Roti 4 ((readymade or leftover))
Lettuce leaves 4
Thinly sliced onion 4 Tablespoon



For Rajma and Spinach Stuffing

1. In a non-stick pan, heat oil, add cumin seeds and allow them to splutter.

2. Add asafetida, onion and saute over medium flame for 1-2 minutes.

3. Add garlic, ginger-green chili paste, turmeric powder, coriander-cumin powder, chili powder, chopped tomato, tomato ketchup and 2 tablespoons of water. Stir occasionally and cook for 2 minutes.

4. Stir in rajma and salt. Cook for 1-2 minutes.

5. Add spinach and coriander. Stir occasionally and cook for another 2 minutes. Divide the stuffing into 4 equal portions and keep aside

6. In a bowl, mix curd and green chutney, divide into 4 equal portions and set aside.


7. On flat, dry surface, place a roti, arrange a lettuce leaf over it and place 1 portion of the stuffing on one edge.

8. Spread 1 portion of the curd-chutney spread evenly over it. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of onion over it and roll it up tightly. Repeat the steps to make more wraps.


9. Serve immediately.
