Learn how to make easy and delicious Kadhai Paneer(Karahi) at home, just the way it is made in the restaurants. Full of flavor cooked in various Indian spices, this Paneer dish tastes best with Paratha, roti, naan or other flatbreads.

Paprika | 1 Teaspoon | |
Chopped bell pepper | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (Red, green, yellow etc) | |
Tomato | 3 , pureed | |
Dried fenugreek leaves | 1/2 Teaspoon , crushed | |
Garam masala | 1/4 Teaspoon |
MAKING
1. In a wok, heat oil and fry paneer pieces until golden brown on all sides. Remove paneer from oil, transfer to a plate and set aside.
2.In the remaining oil, add cumin, allow them to splutter and then sauté onion, garlic, ginger, and green chili.
3. Add salt, turmeric, and paprika. Mix well and cook for 3 minutes or until onions become golden.
4. Stir in bell pepper and cook for 2 minutes. Pour tomato puree and cook for another 7-8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Put the fried paneer back into the wok. Sprinkle fenugreek leaves, and garam masala. Give it a good stir.
SERVING
6. Serve hot with flat bread and enjoy!
