Potato and Chana Salad by Tarla Dalal

Boiled potatoes and chana taste delicious in this tangy, chatpata salad! This is very easy and quick to make and a great recipe to eat between meals.

Ingredients

Boiled potato chunks 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Boiled kabuli chana 1 1/4 Cup (20 tbs)
Finely chopped tomatoes 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Finely chopped green chillies 1 1/2 Teaspoon
Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
Chaat masala 1 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Finely chopped coriander leaves 2 Tablespoon (dhania)

Directions

MAKING

1. In a bowl, combine together all the ingredients and mix properly.

SERVING

2. Serve immediately.
