High Fibre Chutney

The fibre in this chutney comes from green peas, which are added to the coriander. Garlic, lemon and as little as a tsp of sugar are added to perk up its flavours. This chutney can also be relished by people suffering from diabetes and high blood cholesterol levels.


Coriander 1 Cup (16 tbs) , chopped
Boiled peas 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Green chilies 1 Tablespoon , chopped
Ginger 5 Gram
Garlic cloves 2 , chopped
Sugar 2 Teaspoon
Lemon juice 1 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Water 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)



1. In a mixer, place all the ingredients and blend to a fine paste.


2. Serve with your choice of snacks.
