Masala Cauliflower and Green Peas Subzi

Masala cauliflower and green peas subzi, is a very easy and quick recipe. . This is great to serve in tiffin as well.

Ingredients

Cauliflower florets 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Green peas 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Turmeric 1/2 Teaspoon
Coriander powder 4 Teaspoon
Coriander 5 Tablespoon , finely chopped
Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
Onion 3/4 Cup (12 tbs) , finely chopped
Salt To Taste
Oil 4 Tablespoon
Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
For paste
Coconut 4 Tablespoon , freshly grated
Garlic cloves 8
Green chilies 4 , chopped
Ginger 5 Gram
Water 2 Tablespoon

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Grind together all ingredients of the paste.

MAKING

2. To the prepared paste, add turmeric, coriander powder, coriander, chili powder, onion, salt and oil (2 tablespoon), mix well. Add peas and cauliflower, mix again.

3. In a pan, heat oil (2 tablespoon), add the prepared mixture along with water, cook covered over medium heat for 8 to 9 minutes or until done.

SERVING

4. Serve with paratha.
