A tasty and attractive vegetable curry!

Ingredients

Cottage cheese pieces 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (paneer cubes)
Green peas 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , boiled
Potato cubes 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , boiled and peeled
Salt To Taste
Chaat masala 1/4 Teaspoon
Oil 2 Tablespoon
Onion 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , finely chopped
Tomato 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , finely chopped
Green chilies 1 Teaspoon
Pav bhaji masala 1/2 Teaspoon
Chili powder 1/4 Teaspoon
Turmeric powder 1/4 Teaspoon (haldi)
Coriander leaves 1 Tablespoon , finely chopped
Fresh cream 2 Teaspoon
Water 4 Tablespoon

Directions

GETTING READY

1. In a bowl, combine together paneer, peas, potatoes, salt, and chaat masala and mix in a gentle way. Keep aside for 10 minutes.

MAKING

2. On a non-stick tava (griddle) add oil and when hot, add onions, and sauté for a couple of minutes on medium flame. Add tomatoes and two tablespoon of water, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.

3. Now add green chilies, followed by adding pav bhaji masala, chili powder, and turmeric powder. Mix properly and cook for a minute or two.

4. Add the prepared paneer, potatoes, and peas mix, along with salt and two tablespoon of water. Mix properly and cook for 2 - 3 minutes, while stirring continuously.

5. Stir in coriander leaves and fresh cream and cook for a minute. Turn off flame.

SERVING

6. Serve the dish hot with puris or parathas.
