Pasta and Paneer Bake in a Cream Sauce, fabulous casserole bake!Here is a fabulous casserole bake, flavoured with olives and coated with creamy sauce and cheese. Cottage cheese adds a crumbly texture to the dish.


Farfalle pasta 2 Cup (32 tbs) , boiled
Cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs) , crumbled (paneer)
Tomatoes 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , chopped
Olives 2 Tablespoon
Olive oil 2 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Red chili flakes 1/2 Teaspoon (paprika)
Black pepper powder To Taste
For cream sauce
Milk 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Yogurt 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (dahi/curd)
Processed cheese 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , grated
Plain flour 2 Tablespoon
Other ingredients



1. Preheat the oven.

2. In a bowl, combine together the farfalle pasta, paneer (cottage cheese), olives, tomatoes, oil, salt, and pepper and mix properly.


3. On a baking dish, spread the entire pasta mixture in an even way with a spoon.

4. Now pour over the cream sauce.

5. Sprinkle dry red chilli flakes and cheese in an even manner on top and place the baking dish in a pre-heated oven, Bake at 200 degrees C (400 degrees F) for 10 to 15 minutes or microwave on high for 4 to 5 minutes.


6. Serve hot.
